Hana Town celebrates with week long activities starting with a parade on Oct 17th. Other daily activities include a Fishing Tournament, Kids Play Day, Teen Music and Dancing, Keiki Muumuu and Aloha Shirt Contest, and Movie in the Park. 11:30 p.m. welcoming, prayer and songs; midnight Mass; 1:30 a.m. Father Damien film, followed by kupuna’s recollection of 1996 relic visit; 3 a.m. vigil concludes with veneration; 3:15 a.m. leave St. Mary via southern route with brief stops at the missions of St. Peter, Puiki, St. Paul, Kipuhulo, and St. Joseph, Kaupu.

25th: St Damien in Maui

The relic arrives at Holy Rosary Church, Paia, at 6 a.m.

A wonderfully entertaining musical performed by the students of Kamehameha Schools Maui. Under the direction of Ms Camille Romero, students will bring to life the story of Charlie Bucket's adventure in Willy Wonka's fantastic chocolate factory. The Oct 30th show begins at 7:30 p.m. The Oct 31st shows begin at 2:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Doors open 1/2-hour before start time. Admission is free and is open to the public.
